Site Stats – This site cannot be accessed.

We have two websites using Jetpack. When I look at stats, one of the site titles in the sidebar has a small red circle with a red exclamation mark in it. If I click the icon, a red box appears with the text: “This site cannot be accessed. Disconnect Site“.
The second site title does not display this icon.
The stats seem to be appearing normally, and everything appears to be working on the site, but clearly something’s amiss somewhere.
I read on a forum that it would be cleared if I disconnected the site from Jetpack and then reconnected again so I tried that, but the little icon soon returned.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?
