For the past couple of days, the site stats block in my dashboard keeps showing “sorry, nothing to report” under Top Posts and Top Searches. However, if I click on the bar in the graph for the present day (or any other day I had this message), the top searches and a list of posts and how many views it had that day shows. What happened this week?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

That’s indeed a known issue, sorry about that! The link @maliigraci02 posted should help you get things fixed until we release an update!

@maliigraci02 If you’re not familiar with editing PHP files inside your WordPress installation, I would recommend waiting until the 4.5.1 release.

If you’d like to give it a try anyway, I would suggest checking your hosting provider’s documentation and looking for information about the “File Manager”. This feature will allow you to edit your site’s files. Once you’re in the file manager, you can find the file to edit here:

    wp-content
       plugins
         jetpack
           modules
            stats.php <- edit this file

I have an update! We narrowed down the issue and we believe we have the problem fixed on our end.

Give things a few hours to repopulate, but then you should see the widget displaying your top posts and pages properly. Please get back in touch if you still see problems after a few hours.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks for your patience!
