Site stats not loading in site

    My site musingsfromus.com will not display the stats in the admin area, even though the stats can be viewed at WordPress.com

    I have tried disconnecting jetpack and then activating it again and it still wont load insite. Before the most recent jetpack update the stats did show insite.

    If you still experience issues, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    My Jetpack has diapered from the plugins and the tool bar, when I try to reload or update it I get a message that the install failed because it is already installed. This is happening on 2 of my sites. What can I do?

    To answer your question though, could you access your site’s file directory via FTP or your hosting company’s control panel, then delete the wp-content/plugins/jetpack folder? You should then be able to log into your site and reinstall Jetpack via Plugins->Add New. Please open a new thread if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
