    Hello, we recently changed our domain name and when I went to reconnect JetPack (we use mostly for the stats). All of our past stats went missing. I have since read on this page: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-stats/missing-stats/ that I need to contact support to get them reconnected to an updated blog ID.

    Problem is when I go to contact support page, only paid users can contact support. Is there anyway to get my stats back without becoming a paid user or are they gone?

    If we can’t get the previous stats back showing for the new URL is there anyway to even just view our stats for the old URL??

    Appreciate any help!

    Hi @fergood,

    You should be able to contact us via this contact form. You’ll need to log into your WordPress.com account, and then you should be able to fill out the form.
