How do I recover my site stats? I’ve read about something buggy happening when you deactivate and reactivate Jetpack but I’m unclear about how to change my ID (or whatever the issue is).

My website designer did the latest WordPress update and when I reactivated Jetpack and connected it to WordPress.com all my stats from the past 5 years were gone.

    Please help. I’m freaking out.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Thanks. With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, kibibihair.xyrintech.com.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

Thanks so much! I had hired another website designer and he totally messed things up. He was supposed to create a test site on his website but instead he did something weird with my website.

    Anyway, I’ll try that now.

Problem solved! Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi! ??
I’ve migrate my site from old domain to new domain, but, naturally, all stats disappeared.

It’s possible to migrate my stats from the old domain to the new? Conisderate that old domain contin WordPress 3.1 and I can’t install Jetpack (I’ve the old WordPress Stats installed!)

Thanks: waitin your answer as soon as possible!
