Site Stats

I have a wordpress blog where i can see the site stats under dashboard tab now I also have a newly started self hosted wordpress site but i cant see the site stats option to know the details,is there any plugin I need to add for that if yes plz tell me the best one

Also tell me how can i add a contact us link at the top bar with home about using a plug in and which is the best one as its confusing to select a plugin with so many names for same function

Is there any plugin for Privacy Policy also if not lets say i create a page for it how can i make the page link at the botton of the site
