  • Hi there! We’re getting a persistent timeout error in the connection to Jetpack that’s causing the broken link to your stats. This can indicate either limiting on your XML-RPC file or a slow server.

    Can you contact your host and check to see if they’re blocking or limiting incoming and outgoing connections over XML-RPC?

    If they can confirm that there are no limits in place, it could be related to performance issues with your server. Can you ask that they look into that also?

    If not, there may be another plugin that you have installed that is conflicting with Jetpack. Let’s rule that out as well.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ll check my other plugins and my host to see if one of those are the problem.
