site speed help (NSFW)

hey guys, have some site speed issues, i have used a couple of sites to try and find the problem and keep getting told this:

i have no idea what any of this means or more importantly how to fix it

any help would be greatly appreciated….. by the way i have never done any coding and going into the coding part of a website scares the crap out of me, so just keep that in mind
