Site slow to or won’t load

  • Hi, please help. https://www.k9help.net
    I have done the copy, photograph etc and edit the site but have no idea beyond that.
    Today, 3/3/17 it is running really slowly at best, at times, it just times out.
    I can’t log in, it times out on that page as well.
    Today I added a small amount of text to the front right menu bit, but nothing more.
    Please could you let me know how to sort it out?

    Thank you for taking the time to reply. Now it has moved on that when I log in and I can see my dashboard, if I click any of the options in the dashboard menu on the left, it freezes the site completely. Therefore I can not disable any plugins that may be the cause of the site not working correctly and also, I can’t download the January 2017 security update. I’m at a loss as to what to do now, any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you, Richard.

    Problem solved, (I hope), it appears to be a web hosting issue.
