    Hello

I am using ithemes security pro 7.2.3 and get an cURL error 28 timed out after 10000 milliseconds on every scan

I have deactivated all other plugins and changed to default theme and still the same

I have asked my Hoster for help but their progress so far is that they have asked for the IP address and port no of where the plugin is trying to connect to ?
    Can you help please

Hi @wolfgangu, thank you for reaching out. iTSec’s IP address is 67.227.194.4. For cURL error 28, could you please ask your hosting provider if they support loopback requests and have them look into why the timeout occurred? This article will shed more light on what that error means. I hope this helps!

    Hi (@shanedelierrr)

The Hoster have advised that the IP address was blocked in the server firewall grey list and they have removed the IP from the greylist and the scan works now

    thanks for your help
