Site sabotaged by developer and really need help!!

My website has been torn apart by a disgruntled developer and I really need help.
It looked like this before he got hold of it:

It is still there in the plug-ins with the slides complete, but I don’t know what code to use to get it back on the page in the right place.
Can anybody help?
