    You probably have the WP Engine Automated Migration plugin installed on your website, correct?

    There is a serious bug in that plugin which breaks the WordPress > Site Health > Info page. LearnDash modifies the Site Health details, and Site Reviews accesses it (read-only, it does not modify). This is why it appears that the problem is a conflict between LearnDash and Site Reviews.

    @akshatc @taylor4484 @wpengine – The bug was reported to WP Engine 3 weeks ago, their support team were also contacted directly; however, they still have not fixed the bug in their plugin.

    If you have the WP Engine Automated Migration plugin installed, you should deactivate it.

    If you do not, please update this topic again and provide more details of the problem (your screenshot does not explain the issue).

    When I activate the Site-Review Plugin, this page gets damaged.

    Please reactivate Site Reviews so I can see the problem live.

    Also, if you are using a caching/optimizing plugin, please make sure to flush the entire cache.

    Ah!

    To temporarily fix this, change the “Name Format” setting to “Use the name as given” or “Use the first name only” (i.e. do not enable any of the initials options).

    I will release Site Reviews v6.8.0 later today which fixes this bug.
