Site Reviews causes CPU peaks in my website

Hi, a few days ago i updated the plugin and since then, the website has become incredibly low due to CPU peaks at 100%. After several tests I found that your plugin was the problem in fact as soon as i deactivated it, the situation has come back to normal.
Could it be a javascript conflict with the theme? Your plugin is amazing and i wouldn’t delete it but now i cannot use it anymore. Do you have any ideas?

PS – Everything in my website is updated (WP, theme NITRO, other plugins)
