• Every morning when I go to my site, my content is pushed to the middle of the page with a white “border” around it and a “skip to content” link placed at the top left corner of the screen.

As soon as I log into the wp-admin for the page, I notice that all my plugins need to be updated (indicated with the number in the red circle next to updates). However, upon clicking the link (updates) without actually updating anything, the number disappears and all my plugins are in fact current.

By doing this it automatically “fixes” my site and when I now go to it, it doesn’t have the white border or “skip to content” link at the top … it now looks as it is suppose to. Sometimes I will also “purge SG cache” to help as well.

I’m not sure what is causing this issue to happen everyday, it’s become a big annoyance, especially when it comes to time zone differences and new content pushes.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated, tried to work with SiteGround to see if it was a caching issue, to which they said it was not.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • In the Plugins tab in the dashboard, there’s an option for Automatic Updates where yu can automatically update plugin or disable automatic updates.

    I hope that helps.

Hi Benjamin— Thank you for your reply but unfortunately that doesn’t help my case. Those automatic updates are already turned on and all plugins are actually updated even though when I log on in the morning it reverts back. And immediately upon wp-admin access it updates.

Hope that makes sense, it’s definitely a strange situation.
