    Hi appliedaicourse,

I’ve run a quick Pingdom test against your home page and the issue in this instance is your content rather than Page Builder itself. To clarify, as the content is being added by Page Builder it appears as though it’s the cause – it’s not. It is, however, allowing for it to be possible due to it being the means that the content itself is being generated from.

The main issue I see on your website is how many assets are being loaded from the same domain – 78 requests to be specific. This is hugely problematic because no matter how fast the server is browsers will still limit how many assets can be loaded from a single domain at once. To avoid this, I recommend storing the images on a subdomain or CDN. The assets (specifically your main minified JS files) could benefit greatly by being on a CDN due to the overall faster connection of CDNs – it’s by no means required, however.

Outside of that, the only real way to improve performance would be to reduce the number of overall assets present – specifically in terms of images.
