Site redirects to redux-about

That is very odd! We’re actually removing that redirect with the new release. Can you try disabling any cache plugins?

Having the same issue. Fresh installation of WordPress and theme, when clicking the installed plugins link it redirects me to wp-admin/tools.php?page=redux-about

I can’t access my plugins from the dashboard. It’s Redux Framework 3.6.11

It’s really infuriating. Would you happen to know what’s the issue?

The Redux About page will always display once upon a fresh install, but only once. If you are claiming that it is opening with any link you click, then I will need you to post to our issue tracker so we can get some more information.

pos plugin…. still having this issue! anyone figure this out? deleted the plugin, the theme, still redirecting the theme settings page!!!!!!!

We’re removing this in the next version. Do you have transients disabled?

I can’t access my current Products anymore. Before, I got always redirected to Redux page settings. Now, after uninstalling Redux, I get the message “no permission to access this page”

I just happened. I’ll check whether my automatic backup worked this week. So, what if didn’t? I’ll loose a couple of weeks of intense work???

Had this same issue for a minute on v 3.6.11. Took me a second to realize that it was just a caching problem. Cleared browser cache. Resolved.

@eakinsresearchstmu good call. In Redux 4 the redirect is gone, so that should alleviate the issues.
