• in ht access, all redirection rules are set.

    the site should resolve to https://WWW version.

    but if you type the root name – ie. sitename.com, it is resolving to https://sitename.com and not https://WWW.sitename.com

    as per WPX team. there is an issue with this plugin as we tested again and again, when the plugin is de activated, the redirections to www version are working fine.

    without that it is not.

    REMARKS FROM WPX HOSTING TEAM:

    “It seems the wp-cloudflare-page-cache plugin is not yet properly syncing. When deactivated, the website seems to be resolving the https://www version as required. I would recommend deactivating the plugin for now, and checking with it’s developers regarding any syncing issues. Or on how to fully reset it’s functionality without resetting any ongoing rules.”

    I have heards about this issue before.
    Try the following;
    Include Cloudflare Dashboard, go to the SSL tab and diable Automatic HTTPS Rewrites and see if that resolves your issue.

    Alternatively, you can add a pagerule for the WWW redirect.

    But try disabling the Automatic HTTPS Rewrite inside CF Dashboard and let me know if it works.

    P.S.; WPX Hosting team is totally wrong, this plugin has nothing to do with any redirect. It is simply a caching plugin. This plugin does not modify any redirects.
