Site redesign

  • I believe I previously put my site up for critique here, but I ended up deleting the site, then changing my mind and starting over.

    Here is the site

    There are still a couple minor things that need fixing, but that is basically it. It’s running a heavily modified K2 with a bunch of plugins…

  • resiny .. if you have funds to pay .. that would help me out with the costs of the server … but i am willing to work with you if you cannot afford it …

    my current asking prices are …
    500 MB for $50/yr …
    1 Gig for $100/yr ..
    and if you are non-profit .. i will give you a $25 break .. so 1 Gig for $75/yr …

    but as stated first … if you can pay, GREAT
    if not … i will still work with you … it would be my pleasure …

    hyper, your site link’s broke or something, site isn’t coming up, just a blank white page..?? =/ Also, are those prices just for “space” or “bandwidth”? I’m just curious, cause isn’t that a bit steap though?

    Cause what I get with the Standard Plan, with my host:
    400 MB of disk space
    40 GB of bandwidth
    control panel
    $10.00/month ($100.00 a year)

    I know that might sound steap to most, and I know there is probably other better/good ones out there with more space n bandwidth for around that same price.. =/

    that’s godaddy’s “middle range” package – $6.95/month, and if you buy one year, you get 10% off, two years, you get 20% off.

    sorry – but a much better deal in my opinion.

    as for installing WP on godaddy – you can’t do it on the windows server option without making modifications. but if you set it up with the linux server option (no extra $$) it works like a dream.

    Wow. This thread really exploded. I found a host, but thanks all for the suggestions ??

    this threads kinda gone off topic, but the best hosting ive found is aplus.net and ipower.com

    better deals than any listed above…they even just gave me my 4th domain name and hosting free at ipower…lol a .ca name even.
