Hi @ajdferg, apologies for the delay here. It would be good if you could clear any caching, both third-party and server-side (if you have any). Moreover, re-installing the plugin would also be good to try and see if that does the trick. Usually, this is due to the plugin not being installed properly.

Since you have an active license and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. Also, for us to follow WordPress Community guidelines in regard to our premium users.

We look forward to helping you out with this one.

    Best,

Hi @abzlevelup, no worries at all. Seems that there is some confusion on the licensing, as the site initially showed the license as good until 2025, and our site even updated the Events Calendar Pro and Filter Bar to the 6.0 line. Oddly, when I later visited the Events Calendar site and logged in, the license show that it expired in 2018 or something of that nature. Anyhow, fast forward and I resolved the issue by removing the Pro and Filter Bar from the site, as we were not currently using either. I have no clues as to why they were installed, and why they are no longer used, as that was prior to my involvement with the site.

Oh, and despite the license being expired, I was somehow able to create a support ticket. I think I did that while it showed the license as good until 2025. Not sure…

    Thanks
