    Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the issues you’re experiencing with the Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin.

I attempted to create an account on your site and encountered the same problem. However, I couldn’t reproduce it on my end. It’s possible there may be a conflict with another plugin. Have you had a chance to deactivate the plugin? If so, did the issue persist or resolve?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

    Hello,
Yes, I have already done this, but the issue persists after login, causing the page to reload.

    Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well. Could you please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue?

    1. Ensure that the Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin is updated to the latest version.
    2. Verify that you are using PHP 7.4 or higher.
    3. Check that all your plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    4. Confirm that your theme is also updated to the latest version.
    5. Lastly, make sure that WordPress itself is updated to the latest version.

If the issues continue after these updates, please test the Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin alongside the WooCommerce plugin and the default WordPress theme. If the problem resolves, there may be a conflict with one of your other plugins or theme.

Next, please create a backup of your site. Then, deactivate all plugins except for the Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce and WooCommerce plugins. If the issue disappears, it indicates that another plugin may be causing the conflict. Reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the problematic one. If the issue persists after this, consider switching to a different theme.

If the problems still continue after these steps, I can escalate your ticket to our advanced development team for further investigation.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello,
For now, the issue is resolved because we updated the theme and all plugins. However, if the theme or plugins receive updates in the future, we don’t want to update them all the time. What can we do in that situation?

    Hi,

It’s possible that the issue you’re experiencing isn’t directly related to the Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin. Another plugin might be causing the conflict, even if the Customer Email Verification plugin isn’t activated on your site. We highly recommend keeping all plugins updated, as many updates address errors, conflicts, and security vulnerabilities.

While I don’t anticipate the problem will continue if you don’t update, it’s important to identify and resolve any problematic plugins should the issue arise again. This could involve updating, deactivating, or reaching out to support for further assistance.

I hope this information is helpful!
