    Hello,

    I use your plugin for one of the client’s sites. But recently my client was unable to update his credit card information and it showed an error like “Only site owner can handle shipping label payment methods.”

    I already check that my client account is also connected to jetpack but still my client is unable to change there.

    Can you please help me solve this? What do we need to do? Is there any other setting we need to do?`

    What is the payment gateway used?

    To take a better look at this, could you please share a copy of the site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Thanks.

    I’m using your WooCommerce Shipping and Tex plugin. My client is unable to edit his credit card info in WooCommerce Shipping Setting. And my client’s JetPack is connected as well.

    Please help me to solve this asap.
