    Hello All:

I have been facing problem since last few days.
I have developed my website using Sydney theme and mostly by SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin.
I could edit my web page without any problem till day before yesterday. Since, last two days I could not edit my web page due to the following reasons:

    1. No widget is showing in the front page editor. Rather some complex HTML code is there.
    2. After few modification, I saw that HTML code is also not showing in the editor.Apparently, it shows blank. However, if you select some area in the editor, you could see that the same HTML code is still there.

To resolve this issue, I have done the following, but in vain:

Deactivate all the plugins except pagebuilder to find out the conflicting plugin. As result, I found out that all the plugins are conflicting with page builder. Hence, the same problem persists. If if re-activate one of the deactivated plugin and try to edit my front page, I get blank grey screen. Though there are few solutions out there in the web, it did not work out for me.

One of the solutions is to paste “define(‘concatenate_scripts’ false);” in my wp-config.php file. I did the same. But, no result at all. Then I added “define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );” to increase my php memory. Still, no result. Additionally, I refreshed my browser cache & DNS cache. This too did not help.

Now, I do not know how to resolve this issue. Even if I use only the “page builder” plugin, it shows the same blank editor.

Could you please help me out?

    Best Regards.

    Hi @anikiitm,

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been having.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you’ve experienced a plugin conflict. I know that may sound weird as you’ve run a plugin conflict test and that resulted in no results. The issue with your test is that you had saved the broken page before you ran the test. This means that the broken page has been kept and the plugin conflict won’t result in any results as the page is technically displaying correctly (at least according to what Page Builder and WordPress can see)

Does this issue occur on any other page? If so, please try running a plugin conflict test against those pages. Do not save the page.

If it doesn’t, please open your home page and try restoring to a previous revision before this issue occurred. This will result in a broken still but it’ll allow for the plugin conflict test to work. Please do another plugin conflict test against the revision.

Thank you very much for your reply.

It only happens in my frontpage. In other pages, pagebuilder tab is there.

If you want, I can share my login with you. Is it possible for you look into my dashboard?

    Best Regards.
