I’ve had endless problems with the caching of this site I’m working on. The add-to-cart function doesn’t work and the plugin’s support told me it’s a caching issue. It’s hosted on GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress and their support has told me I cannot change the cache settings.

So I installed WP Optimize for its cache exclusion options and I excluded a bunch of WooCommerce cookies and slugs using instructions they provide. I also excluded every URL of the site lol. It works on desktop now! This suggests it really was a caching issue.

But it’s not working on mobile. Any ideas why? I tried selecting “Create different files for mobile” just in case but no luck.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Sometimes, mobile caching can be tricky if the old cache is still lingering. Try clearing all caches again, both on the server side and within WP-Optimize, as well as on mobile, and then test the site on a mobile device.

If possible, try accessing the site from different mobile devices and browsers. This can help identify if the issue is specific to certain devices or if it’s a more general problem.
