    Hi,

    Please don’t post login information directly here as this is a public forum.

    Can you please send us full copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    The log does show a successfully restored message. I checked your website and I am seeing a 500 internal server error. The 500 internal server error usually indicates that something has gone wrong on the server. it often occurs during an update and indicates that a memory limit was exceeded. Please could you ask your hosts/server admin to check the PHP error logs? These should have a record of the cause of the 500 errors.
