Site Not Working After PlugIn Install

Hi there! I am hoping I can please get some help with this current problem.

I have a brand new site on WP.org that I’m customizing. Via the Dashboard–>PlugIns I clicked to add the WooCommerce plug in. But nothing “happened” and instead I am left with a completely blank/white browser window (see screen shot below). So now there is no Dashboard to get into, nothing to click on anywhere, just a completely blank/white window. I also tried logging into the admin section on my friend’s computer, thinking maybe it’s some problem with my actual laptop, but I get the exact blank/white window on their laptop as well.

If I click on my url via my iphone, I still can see the partially-customized WP site though.

Help is greatly appreciated as I am now at a standstill regarding customizing my site, thank you.

(PS I am not quite sure which version of WP I am running because I can’t get into it to click “about” because of the aforementioned issue. However, I did just download it this weekend so it must be the most recent version I would assume.)
