Site not working after installing a plugin

    After installing the ‘Restrict for WordPress – Pro’ plugin, I cannot access my site anymore, both front-end and back-end is suddenly not accessible, it says “This page is not working”.

    I contacted my web-host to see if they can fix it, they replied:

    “When we check from the error log the results are as follows:

    It looks like there is a script in your .htaccess that makes it not allowed, please ask your web developer team.”

    I already requested the ‘Restrict for WordPress – Pro’ plugin to delete their plugin from my site, and asked for a refund .. they have not replied yet.

    Can anyone help to fix this issue? It would be greatly appreciated.

    first of all: many many thanks for your question. i am very glad to read your text.

    AT the moment i am interested to run the plugin – in other words: i did not install it yet: i just wanted to get to know more of it. Therefore i stepped here into the forum.

    Well: i hope that you have been able to fix it.

    plz keep us informed. I also hope that Mika the developer is looking here for all the topics. I think that he is a awesome developer.

    I hope that your issue are fixed soon.
