site not updating

Hiya, I’ve tried everything under ‘site not updating’ threads – clearing browser cache, server side cache, deactivating every plug-in, but for some reason my site is no longer updating.

I have switched between themes, and did a reset as well, not sure if that was good or not, but if you could help me that would be appreciated.
