When you said “Yes, you need to update the domain info on both, Property and View settings. You’ve probably only updated it on your Property Settings.” is that in GAD or in Google Webmaster tools?

It’s on your Google Analytics account.

For that site to be properly listed, you need to either update the Property/View Settings or to create a new Property for the site.

Please note that all Views listed in the selection list are retrieved from your Google Analytics account. The plugin won’t retrieve any data from your Google Search Console (aka Google Webmaster Tools).
