Site not Responsive

Will resolve this in next update. Thanks for reporting.

The headings stick together (line height / gaps) seem to fail, and the images stretch out of aspect ratio.

Hello, just following up on this. I updated to the latest version but the issues are not fixed. The images are still stretched and the line heights not correct.

I too would like to know when this will be resolved.

Hi LorraineW – how long have you been waiting on a fix for this? I think the developer has found it too hard to fix. I have given a 1 star rating on this theme purely because of this issue. Pretty bad support and a huge oversight in development

@greggles77: We had many reports of other problems as well which we cleared out this month.

Next update on coming Monday should fix this problem of image stretching.

About support we do pride ourselves with good support for our premium clients. For free users there are more than 600,000 downloads of our themes here. So its not possible for us to support to each one. But still at large we try our best to rectify common issues which people have most of the time.

Sorry if you had to wait longer but this fix should be done in next update.

Hi there – that means that 600’000 people have stretched images (and compressed header text) on their websites when viewed on a mobile device? Having said that I’m grateful you replied and thank you for the update. Can you please please please give me some idea of when this update will be done that will be rectifying these problems? Sorry but I have hears ‘next update’ and the next update didn’t seem to do anything. Not trying to be ungrateful just deciding whether to keep using this theme.

This Monday the next update will be launched. 600,000 is total downloads for all themes.

SKT White i guess is 150,000 downloads.

@skt Themes: Glad to hear this will soon be fixed. As a premium member I asked about this directly a couple of months ago along with some other issues. I sent you several screen shots but nothing was resolved and to be honest I’ve had other priorities which meant I didn’t make the effort to pursue it, so I’m looking forward to this fix. Thank you.

@greggles77: I agree that this is an oversight that shouldn’t have occurred or should have been addressed sooner as it is a big issue, but to be fair to the developer, for the most part as a premium user I have been very happy with the direct support offered. Hopefully with this update we’ll all be happy again ??

Today a new update was made. It should be live by Monday via theme admin team. Once done confirm if this is resolved.

Just to add, the images within the blog articles are fine, and look great. It is just the featured images that appear on the main page of the site that are stretched. Thank you
