    I have the MalCare Security – Free Malware Scanner, Protection & Security for WordPress plugin installed on my site. It has been helping detect malware. However I’m not sure it’s working or installed now. When I click on Settings I get a message stating ‘Site is not registered, Make sure you have MalCare plugin installed and activated on your site.’

    I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but it has not helped. What should I do?

    Do you have BlogVault plugin installed on the site?

    As of now, MalCare Free plugin is not compatible with BlogVault plugin which is causing this issue.

    Our engineers are aware of this and working to resolve this.
