Site not loading

Hello,

I am having issues (I think) with site speed. My website won’t load at all for many customers. They even try leaving it for several hours and it still doesn’t work, but then it works perfectly fine for others. I think it may be to do with the images we have on the site coupled with slow internet connection for the people who are having issues, but I really have no idea.

Please could someone take a look and let me know what the issue might be and how to fix it?
