Site not loading

  • Hi, I haven’t changed anything in my coding, but somehow when I try to access my blog (https://kmanndesigns.com/blog), the page is blank and only loads the words “ha” on it.

    Can someone please help me? Everything appears to be correct from the dashboard side of things so I’m not sure how this happened or how to fix it.

    It’s likely you’ve been hacked. But first, try this:

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If that doesn’t solve it, remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    Thanks. I guess my knowledge of how to accomplish the tasks in the guide is limited. I did deactivate all plug-ins and tried using one of the default themes and nothing.

    Is there wordpress support to help me pin down the exact location of the issue? I tried viewing the page source and scrolling thru but I don’t know what I’m looking for and I don’t know if it would even show up there. I feel like as a paying wordpress user, I should have some sort of technical support?

    also, I’m noticing that in place of the the site name, it changed to:

    +ADw-/title+AD4-ha+ADw-DIV style+AD0AIg-DISPLAY: none+ACIAPgA8-xmp+AD4

    I’m assuming that is the problem, or part of the problem
