    Hi,

I am running a wordpress site for a client and a few months ago, I moved the files to godaddy with SSL implemented. Now the site isn’t showing up in Google. Even searching for it as “site:example.com” shows up nothing.

The site comes up in bing and yahoo. But not on Google. I have installed Google Webmaster tools but there most of the data comes up as not available. I have installed SEO plugins, checked the site in lynx but nothing seems to be helping. Google webmasters shows that the site has been crawled and that there are no errors. I have ensured the site is open to search engines and there are follow and index tags. There are keywords and descriptions added and meta tag analysers are picking these up. I have even claimed Authorship using Google +1

I will be revamping the site soon and was wondering if I should take this opportunity to re-install WordPress. Since I seem to have tried most solutions given.

Can someone please help with this? I won’t be able to share the site’s URL due to constraints but I am ready to answer as many questions as required.

Short of reaching out to Google, you can try the Google XML Sitemaps plugin. That should help with search engine indexing.

I have submitted the XML sitemaps in Webmaster Tools, too. Even that hasn’t helped.

Google Webmaster Tools should report if there are any issues with your sitemap/site. When did you submit it?

I submitted the sitemap more than three or four weeks ago. There have been no errors of any sort.
