Site not fully mobile after WPouch?

Hi,
I’m seeing beautiful sites with slideshows of pictures etc… made with WPtouch.
How come that I can only get my site to display the latest messages?
I’ve a slideshow on my frontpage on my desktop webpage, but it doesn’t appear on my mobile devices.
