Site not found error

Site was functioning properly. There was a requirement to change site to https, so I changed the above site from https://az-wins.org/ to https://az-wins.org/ through my WP admin account, but changed only the URL to https in the WP dashboard, not in the .htaccess file or at other places. The site is not working anymore, I cannot retrieve the site , and neither can I login to my WP admin account and keep getting site is not found error.
Any help on how to fix my site?

First, have your host install an SSL certificate.
If SSL certificate is already installed, then set WordPress up to run under HTTPS following these steps:
