Site not displaying properly

Have you tried:
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Site look like this as css is not loading properly due to this Better WordPress Minify plugin. By deactivating this plugin site will display properly.

@wpressdr : this worked to display the site properly, but now my slider on my homepage is no longer working and I can’t access my widgets in customize.

Open your site in Chrome. Hit F12. Make sure “Console” is selected. That will show you the javascript errors and what plugin is causing the problem.
