Site not displaying in Mobile phone

Hi there. Are you saying the theme is not responsive on mobile devices, or it’s not displaying at all? Can you describe the steps you followed for updating the theme?

Hi ,The theme is not displaying at all in any mobile device .
I was using hueman theme downloaded from wordpress website when one day it stopped working and hostgator described the problem as ” There was an issue with the php version and we have upgraded the php version to 5.4 version” ,then I downloaded the hueman theme from alxmedia website and uploaded and installed it ,since then there is no display of the theme at all in a mobile device .

When you say “one day it stopped working” do you mean the mobile version stopped working, or the entire web site? What happened after the host upgraded the php version? Was everything working normally then?

Look the problem is that you are missing some theme files required for mobile version. You said the light version works that means you have to purchase the premium version to get the complete theme files or search in a different site which offers the premium version with a gnu license standard along with all the theme files..

hi the entire website stopped working initialy after it got upgraded to the php version and when I reinstalled the theme (downloaded from website ) it started working fine in computer but since then the mobile version stopped working and is not displaying the content as per the hueman theme .
Please help

There is no “premium” version of the Hueman theme to purchase. It’s already licensed under GPL.

Well, since we have a php upgrade involved, it’s hard to know what the actual issue might be. I’m running Hueman on php v5.4.3 without any problems. What I would try to do is get back to a state where everything works. The first step I’d try is disabling all your plugins and see if that makes any difference. If that fixes it then you can reactivate your plugins, one at a time, and see which one causes the problem. Let me know what you find out.

..premium version is available…its not named under Hueman but has a different name which i dont remember, it may be a counterfeit but i have seen one…ya bd brown is right try deactivating all plugins one by one ..because he said he has hueman running on a higher php version
Well my https://forum.techlegends.in works on 5.4.3 php version with hueman theme so there is no php issue with the theme
