Site not connecting to WordPress themes

  • I have a website but am unable to connect to www.remarpro.com theme library from the Administration dashboard when attempting to add new themes. It is blank when I click “Add New Theme” and only shows headers. (newest, Popular, etc.)

    Also within the admin panel, it does not show Theme Details when I click on a theme’s icon, and thus cannot remove themes.

    It was working until recently. I’ve tried reinstalling but it does no good.

    This may be relevant — I am using a version created as a One-Click Install from MoJo marketplace. It WILL connect to their theme library of paid themes they try to sell.

    I have reinstalled it with a clean install. It worked for a little while, but then it stopped connecting again. Can anyone help?

    It also will not upload theme from my computer. When I click the Upload theme button nothing happens.
