    Hello,

I am running a music website where nobody makes money, including me. It had 10 000 visitors for two years, maybe 20 000 ever and I don’t understand why it’s now a commercial site. We don’t qualify for any kind of ads and $100 is an enormous money where I am. I maintain that my website is not commercial and that, should it one day become commercial, I will gladly report it as commercial myself as I assume the money wouldn’t be an issue. But right now it’s not.

Also, since this will put many users off Jetpack but some of us would deffo like to keep our stats, could you give us an option to export them? I have had the add-on on a different site since the feature was launched and that site is probably going to pass off as commercial despite two years without updates because its fans pay for hosting. I am sentimentally attached to the success of some particular months and I would just love to be able to open it on my computer and remember those times.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there – Thanks for writing!

I have reviewed your site. I have confirmed that your website is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records. You should be able to view your stats now; please let us know if you do not see them.

If you start any kind of commercial activity on the site like showing ads, donation, affliate marketing, etc. (as we have listed here), please upgrade to a commercial license first. This will ensure that your stats feature continues to function smoothly, as Jetpack may stop the service if it detects commercial activity without the appropriate license.

For exporting stats, you can go to?https://wordpress.com/stats?and log in with your WordPress.com username, then click on the individual stats cards and bellow them you’ll see a “Download data as CSV” link from where you can export the data. There is not however a central location to download stats, you would need to follow the steps above for any stats card (and dates) you want to download data for.
