Site not cloning properly

    Hi NS Cloner Support,

    I cloned my sites but the site content and designs are not reflected fine. Even after cloned my sub site, I tried to switch the theme but the theme activation also not working fine.

    Please anyone help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi @creativebrahma curious if you are using Object Cache? Sometimes if your web host is using excessive caching it can cause issues with Cloning.

    Also, please make sure that all content you intend to copy is stored in the WordPress database or else it will not copy ??

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, all the data content copies are stored in the WordPress database. I’ll check with the server support for the cache issue.

    Hi?@neversettle.,

    This issue happened due to the server cache issue only. I’ve checked this cache issue from server side they cleared and fixed this issue.
