• Ever since I updated to 4.5.1 the site has not been accessible. I’m getting 100% packet loss. I contacted the hosting company and they came back with this…

    “We’ve tested your hosting package, and we were able to resolve files such as .JPG and .PHP. The problem you are experiencing appears to be related to WordPress. We would recommend contacting your developer, and ask that he/she examines your WordPress files and /htaccess file(s) to determine the cause.”

    Can someone please help me to figure out what I can do to resolve this and get the site back up and running?

    try Enabling debugging and post the results.

    I did and the site came back up.

    /* define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); */
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    I did look at the log file but there’s nothing in there that’s current. Its all from 2014.

    If I put debug back to true the site won’t be accessible again. I’m not sure what to do next. Help.
