Site navigation and site style problems

by the way, if you want to show code on these forums, put a back tick (Shift + the key next to backspace or whatever — at least on this keyboard) around the code and it’ll show up nicely

i updated the header.php but no change should i remove the code in index.php or copy and paste the same as header.php ?

im taking a break now i will revert back to the old version and check out this tutorial thanks for the help Minna much appreciated ??

Alright.
I mentioned at the beginning that your CSS is weird (an HTML page). The page is fetching CSS from https://www.stainmedia.com/politicalmaestro/blog/wp-layout.css which is an HTML page. The problem now is that the page isn’t getting the stylesheet from the correct location.
