Site missing images and colors after the import completed

    Hello

    I install a new site and i import a starter site, actually i tried 2 starters, the import completed 100% but the site missing colors and images.

    I checked your site but it is in Maintenance mode. Is it possible to put the site on “live” mode so we can see it directly from our end?

    Apart from that, before you import a Starter Template, please make sure that your system meets the system requirements as mentioned in this doc.

    Sorry i forgot about maintenance mode, yes my system meets the requirements.

    Are the images from the Starter Template demo exist/imported in the Media Library?

    I would like you to try to reimport the template one more time. But, this time please import only the Customizer Settings. Please refer to this screenshot.

    I imported only the Customizer Settings, all images imported except “logo-black.svg”.

    Hi @benfellah1992,

    I am not sure why it happened, however, you can do this manually. Download the missing logo from the demo template and upload it on your site.
