Site messed up

Hello,

I am technically limited.

I was not using my site for nearly a year. Now I logged in and see it’s a new format. I put in a post and note that the header is unhinged; the masthead, which used to be flush-left, is centered; the headline has a weird font; the body text is unstructured – some lines are broken and others in different lengths. The whole site is messed up.

I have not attended to site development, which I guess I have to do now. But it obviously will take a while for me to learn the ropes. Meanwhile, can I restore the site to some workable condition so I can continue use it? Or do I need to hire someone to do it?

I’d much appreciate your advice and help.
