    Hi,

    I am experiencing issues and need urgent assistance – the site menu doesnt work neither does the <strong>product search</strong> function. I have deactivated plugins to find any conflict but this did not yield any results. Also do not see any fatal errors in the woocommerce system status logs (last log is 24 December 2023). Havent had any issues since, my client picked this up now and let me know… Please help, this is bad for business ??

    I just deactivated the Storefront Theme and the menu seems to work now – but had to change back as the site is built totally with Storefront layouts etc.

    Hi @sunsta,

    Since you’ve already deactivated plugins without any success and noticed that deactivating the Storefront theme seemed to resolve the issue, it looks like the problem might be with the theme itself.
