Site maintenance loop, 404 errors on update and permalinks broken

  • Hi, since i have installed 3.5.1 update my site keeps breaking down everytime i try to update plugins.

    I am stuck in the your site is under maintenance, if i delete the maintenance file from the server all my pages after the home page cannot be found i have to reupdate my permalinks, just to click the save option again and again after i get this “not found” error and all happens everytime when i try to update my plugins.

    What is going on with this update?
