site main page has no keywords? How do I add them?

    my main site page does not have this:

    <meta name=”keywords” content

    how and where do I add it? Im using the twenty seventeen theme… .and the free Yoast SEO plugin. cant seem to find where I would enter this. any ideas? thanks.
