Site looks strange unless logged in.

I recently added the Simply Exclude and CommentLuv plugins to a website (jrrsehopecoaching.com). Afterwards, I noticed the site was acting weird so I disabled them and the issue continued to occur. Basically, what’s happening is the site loads with a funky format. The menu shows up in a list format and the sidebar is missing, however blog content and header are still in tact. BUT, when I login to the site as administrator and THEN preview the site, it pulls up perfectly.

I’ve already disabled just about every plugin that I’ve installed since the problem occurred and have also re-installed the latest version of WordPress, so I’m out of ideas.

Anybody know what the heck is going on??
