Site looks funny in internet explorer

I broke my website @ https://www.beartribenet.com/log today trying to get rid of a scroll bar on the bottom of the page(people said it was a distraction). I spent 4 hours and finally fixed it. The site looks fine in Mozilla but in Internet explorer the text is not crisp and clear. Does anyone know how I might fixed this.
