Site logo stopped displaying; had become deselected somehow

  • I just discovered that my site’s logo had stopped displaying, and I hadn’t changed anything related to the theme in more than several weeks.

    When I got to the customization screen for the logo, it was as if I’d never selected the logo: the field was blank. Of course, it is fixed now.

    What would’ve caused that?

    Did anything else change on your website during that time? Something update perhaps?

    The only plugins I use are:

    Akismet
    All in One Webmaster
    Bulletproof Security
    Captcha
    Contact Form
    Platinum SEO Pack
    Redirection

    A couple of those may have updated but, beyond that, nothing.

    Hello Mike,

    It’s really tricky to troubleshoot at this point, so I would assume it was due to a plugin update. If it happens again, try to track if it was any particular plugin that caused it.
